Levels of Membership
Community Shipper:
Our introductory level. This is the level that all customers start at. Community Shippers are Shippers that ship between 0-50 shipments per year
Silver Shipper:
Our elite status of shippers. 51-110 shipments per year
Gold Shipper:
Our elite status of shippers. 111-300 shipments per year. Additional Discounts are added to your account profile!
Platinum Shippers:
Our prestigious level of shippers. A minimum of 301 shipments years is required. A special contact card is sent with a specially assigned sales representative dedicated to your account. Shippers who participate in our corporate contributions club are automatically enrolled in the Platinum Shipper Program. Additional Discounts are added to your account profile!
Katen Diamond Shippers:
This is reserved for our dedicated customers who ship over 1,000 shipments per year. This is an invitation only level. Customers who ship over 1,000 shipments per year are not automatically enrolled. A minimum of $4 million dollars in revenue per annum is required. Additional discounts are offered for each shipment, and are applied to each invoice! Clients are automatically enrolled in our "Katen’s Exclusive Getaway Sweepstakes" every year. This is a contest that is awarded to our very best customers.
